Creative Cohort

The Creative Cohort is a paid youth creative agency for the Summer of 2026 on a mission to out-market violence. We hire and train young leaders (ages 10–24) to master professional gear—like DJI gimbals, Canva, and CapCut—to make peace more viral than the cycle.

As a member of the Cohort, you will lead "Peace Pod" mobile studios, design high-impact media, and host neighborhood events that shift the culture of Charlotte. We start at "Ground Zero"—no experience required—and provide the professional training and supervised "Safe Zones" needed to help you get paid to lead.
